The following steps explain how we work.
Step 1: Book a repair
You can request / book to have your appliance repaired:

Step 2: Confirmation
A technician will contact you telephonically to confirm your suitable and preferred date and time to come examine and repair your appliance.
Step 3: Quotation & Repair
The Technician after examining your appliance on the confirmed date & time, will give you a quotation on the required repair. If you accept the quotation, the technician will carry out the repair and give you an invoice when done with the job. All repairs and parts comes with 6 month guarantee.
However, If you decide not to go ahead with the repairs after receiving the quotation, our technician will charge you an inspection fee of R350.
Step 4: Payment
All Payment must be made directly to the technician after the repair is done. We do accept CASH and EFT.
